Creative Entrepreneur

Shift The Culture is pleased to partner with Hillside House and University of The Bahamas Visual Arts Department to host its 'creative entrepreneur' panel discussion on Friday, 16th from 6pm as part of the Historic Nassau // TS2018 programming. The event will attract all fibers of The Bahamas' creative industry and provide a platform for networking and professional development.

Shift The Culture is a collective of Bahamian creatives with a passion for community, craftsmanship, and collaboration. They are an active and growing community, of entrepreneurs experienced in design, development, finance, art, media, environmental conservation, agriculture, and business.

 Entry is free and parking available.

Alumni Sip & Paint

University of The Bahamas (UB) Office of Alumni Affairs is pleased to partner with Hillside House to offer an evening of networking and creativity for UB alumni during Transforming Spaces. 

On Saturday, 17th March from 5pm join us for a 2-hour session of art fun with a local artist and UB alumna Keisha Oliver. This experience will follow a step by step process of acrylic painting on canvas. The $40 donation includes all materials and digital copies of group and individual photos with your masterpiece.

Please deliver your donation to UB’s Office of Alumni Affairs (University Drive, Nassau, Bahamas) by March 9th, 2018 to reserve your space. Spaces are limited.

Art After Dark is pleased to partner with Hillside House and University of The Bahamas to host a 'creative social' on Saturday, 17th from 9pm. The event will attract all fibers of The Bahamas' contemporary creative culture. Art After Dark is the ideal platform for millennials to exhibit, network, connect and party! The evening will be filled with live performances, DJ's, visual artists, emerging talents, fashionistas and trendsetters.
