CHASING LIGHT
The theme for Transforming Spaces 2026 is “Chasing Light”. Inspired by the late Patricia Glinton-Meicholas’ third collection of poetry. “Chasing Light” calls for artworks and exhibitions as cutting, reflective, critical, and honest as Glinton-Meicholas’ words. We are seeking proposals for exhibitions, performances, and site-specific installations that advocate for our humanity and remind us of the responsibility of the arts not merely to reflect the times but to guide them into new pathways of being. This call is to awaken us from a commercial slumber and to excite us once again to chase, share, create, and experiment with light amid darkness.
